Dr. Corina Botan is passionate about child and women’s health. She initially began training as a paediatrician before transitioning to general practice, where she enjoys providing holistic family care. For her, the most rewarding part of being a GP is building long-term relationships with families and the community.
Dr. Botan graduated from the University of Queensland in 2012 and holds a Diploma of Paediatrics from Westmead Children’s Hospital. She has also received awards for her work in human rights.
She has worked across New South Wales, Victoria, and Queensland before returning to her hometown of Canberra. With significant experience in Emergency Medicine and rural general practice, she brings a well-rounded approach to patient care.
Outside of work, Dr. Botan enjoys yoga and keeping up with her young children.
She is available for appointments on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
